Industrial
Panel PC or Industrial All-in-One PC is an integrated computing device designed for industrial environments. It integrates a display, host, touch screen (usually), and other necessary components (such as a power supply) in a compact, rugged chassis. Its core features revolve around ruggedness, stability, reliability, and adaptability to meet the needs of harsh industrial environments:
Touch Screen Monitor Fanless design: Most use passive cooling (such as aluminum fin cooling housing) to avoid fan failure and dust inhalation, improve reliability and dust resistance.
Metal housing: Usually uses an all-metal (such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel) housing, providing excellent shock resistance, vibration resistance, and electromagnetic shielding performance.
High protection level: The front panel usually reaches IP65/IP66 protection level (or even higher), which can effectively prevent dust intrusion and high-pressure water jets from all directions (waterproof and dustproof). Some models also have a high overall protection level.
Wide temperature operation: It can work stably in extreme temperature environments, such as -10°C to 60°C or even wider (such as -20°C to 70°C), adapting to scenes such as non-air-conditioned workshops, outdoor or frozen warehouses.
Shock and vibration resistance: Internal components (such as memory, storage) adopt reinforced design (such as pressure strips, slot reinforcement) and pass relevant standards (such as MIL-STD-810G) testing to ensure stable operation in transportation or operation vibration environments.
